As the director of research and strategy, Marco's laser focus on attention to detail resulted in an e-scooter that provided users with a smooth, safe, and fun ride. Perhaps most importantly, Marco played a pivotal role in the coordination across the industrial design, engineering, and manufacturing teams that were all involved in creating this feat of industrial design.
